Dear Dickinson Families, 

We have made it to the end of the academic year! Classes wrap up on Friday, May 2, and before long, exams will be complete.  

I hope that you all are looking forward to opportunities to reconnect with your students throughout the summer—whether they’re coming home for a summer internship or they will be returning as a recent graduate who is preparing to start their next chapter. Be sure to find time to celebrate what this last year has meant to them and reflect on their growth.  

Please keep an eye out for Dickinson events that may be taking place in your region this summer. We already have some planned and there are more to come!

All residential buildings close at noon on Wednesday, May 14, at noon. At this time, card access will turn off for all students other than those who are graduating or have been granted approval for summer housing. Below is a list of the check-out table times and locations:  

May 2 to May 13   
Mondays to Fridays: 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., Campus Life Office, lower level of the HUB  
Saturdays and Sundays: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Campus Life Office, lower level of the HUB  

May 14
12 p.m. (noon) to 5 p.m., Campus Life Office, lower level of the HUB  
If you must check out outside of these hours, please use the red key box on the wall outside of the office.  

Graduating students - May 18
12 p.m. (noon) - 7 p.m.,  Campus Life Office, lower level of the HUB. Please use the red key box on the wall outside of the office or at DPS.  
All graduating students must be fully vacated from their space by 7 p.m. on Sunday, May 18.   

Note: Housing key(s) must be returned before leaving for the semester, or you may be billed to have the lock changed.
